Elixir presents high quality nail art product with an impressive three-dimensional cat eye effect. Semi-permanent long-lasting varnish with maximum color resistance from three weeks to one month. After the base, apply a thin layer of black semi-permanent nail polish and cure it in a lamp. Apply a layer of the Cat Eye color and polymerize again. Apply a second layer of Cat Eye semi-permanent nail polish and before curing in the lamp, create the effect of cat’s eyes with a magnet. Finish with the top coat. Cures in a UV lamp in 2 minutes, or in a LED lamp in 45 seconds.
